Returns & Exchanges

Denim Tears accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of the original delivery date. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations and archive pieces may be marked as final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging with all designer tags attached and include the provided return authorization slip.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 5 business days of approval.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
